The customer wanted a mobile refrigerator that could be installed in different, even the busiest locations in the stores. Moreover, he was looking for an "open front" solution to facilitate customers access to the product.

The Rovagnati company is a leading Italian manufacturer of cold cuts with a 70 years tradition. It’s known from the production of high-quality ham (prosciutto), salami, mortadella and other Italian delicacies like pancetta or dadini.

Customer expectations:

Klientowi zależało na lodówce mobilnej, którą można ustawić w różnych, nawet najbardziej ruchliwych miejscach sklepu. Ponadto poszukiwał rozwiązania w stylu „open front” aby maksymalnie ułatwić Klientom dostęp do produktu. Kluczowym kryterium była oczywiście temperatura na półce, która nie mogła przekroczyć 3,5°C.

Our solution:

We proposed the automatic cooling display ChillAir Small with a height of 144cm and two exposure levels for refrigerated products. In addition to increase the visibility of the promoted ham, mortadella and salami we have applied LED light above each shelf.

The ChillAir Small met all expectations of our Customer and supported effectively the promotion of Rovagnati Momenti through the network of Carrefour stores in Italy.
